SoftwareOne: several shareholders placed 17.5 million shares

The shareholders are KKR, Raiffeisen Informatik, the heirs of Patrick Winter and Beat Curti.

The main shareholders of the software company SoftwareOne placed 17.5 million shares (11.04%) within the framework of an accelerated procedure of constitution of the order book, according to a press release published Wednesday.

The shareholders in question are KKR, which sold 7.01 million shares, Raiffeisen Informatik (3.7 million), the heirs of Patrick Winter (3.7 million) and Beat Curti (3 million) at the price of 20 francs per action, as reported on Tuesday.

Following the settlement of the transaction expected on May 15, the four sellers will hold units of 10.4%, 5.6%, 5.5% and 10.1% respectively.

Founding shareholders Daniel von Stockar, Beat Curti and René Gilli, who hold about 29 percent, “will continue to hold the largest stake in SoftwareOne together and will remain engaged as long-term shareholders,” the document said.

Credit Suisse, UBS, J.P. Morgan Securities and KKR Capital Markets Partners handled the placement as bookrunners.

On the stock market, the SoftwareOne share closed Tuesday at 21.90 francs.
