Hm… this one option is new to me:
Plex Employee: For what I’m assuming are SRTs, when they stop randomly, it could be caused by being created incorrectly. With a space line after timestamp for text.
Correct
4
00:02:38,409 –> 00:02:41,454
She is also new here.
Incorrect (Note the space line!):
4
00:02:38,409 –> 00:02:41,454She is also new here.

I’ll see if that makes a difference. I’ll come back to this later…..
(Edit…)
BTW… I’ll take this one in mind as well…You can fix this manually or by downloading Subtitle Edit (http://www.nikse.dk/subtitleedit/ )In that program you can load one subtitle (or several) and then a “Fix Common Errors”.
This removes spaces, as well as other known errors. I made this procedure part of my download/ready videos for the plex process and haven’t had any issues with subs since.
