Fabasoft AG and some of its affiliated companies already had their headquarters at Honauerstrasse 2 and 4, 4020 Linz. Now this location is being strengthened through the acquisition of the office building by Fabasoft.
The newly founded project company Hon24 Immobilien GmbH (sole shareholder Fabasoft AG) signed the purchase agreement with the previous owner on October 30th for a purchase price of 15 million euros.
A partial amount of twelve million euros will be financed independently and independently through the project company, as the listed company announced in a press release.
Fabasoft AG has promised a grant of four million euros for the remaining amount plus additional fees (real estate transfer tax, legal registration fee for property and lien), as it goes on to say. The purchase contract should be completed in the land register as soon as possible.
