A breakdown of a large street water supply on “Knyaginya Maria Luiza” boulevard opposite the Central Station caused the water supply to stop in the area: “Oplchenska” Str., “Knyaginya Maria Luiza” boulevard, “Kozloduy” Str. and “Slivnitsa” boulevard and Opalchenska St. This was announced by “Sofia Voda”.
The company’s emergency teams are on site and are pumping water from the collector located there to determine the cause of the accident. For part of the affected perimeter, water supply is provided through an alternative power supply.
The emergency teams of “Sofijska Voda” are doing everything possible to quickly identify and fix the problem and fully restore the water supply, the company assures.
The first photos of the flooded underpass also appeared on social networks.
