Colombian actress Sofia Vergara, 51, has made it clear that she is keen on dieting and exercising, since she was a model in her teenage years until now.
She said that she enjoys eating healthy food, and believes that the secret of her fitness is the balance between food and exercise.
She refused to lift weight for a role, and admitted she couldn’t resist a slice of her favorite cake. The Things website stated that Sophia exercises 3 times a week, tries to get plenty of sleep, prefers to walk on the treadmill, and does cardio and spinning on a stationary bike for 15 minutes.
