Sofia Rotaru sells a hotel in Crimea

The singer set the price for it at 23 million euros. However, realtors consider it to be grossly overpriced.

Ukrainian singer Sofia Rotaru sells her hotel in the Crimea in the center of Yalta, Villa Sofia for 23 million euros. Russian singer Anna Kalashnikova, who was offered to buy it, reported this to journalists, a number of Russian media reported.

According to Kalashnikova, the original son of Rotaru, Ruslan Evdokimenko, sold the hotel for 25 million euros. However, there were no buyers. Then he dropped two million euros from the starting price. As noted by Kalashnikova, realtors told her that the price of the hotel was greatly overpriced. It is unlikely that it can be sold for such a huge amount of money.

“I think that if anyone buys the Rotaru hotel, then some of her fans will be pleased to at least touch this legendary artist in this way,” Kalashnikova said.

About 30 years ago, Sofia Rotaru rented the foundation of the 1897 Roffe Baths. According to rumors, the restoration took about $ 1 million. The hotel was built on this site. Today it is closed and for sale.

A couple of years ago it was reported that in Crimea sold Brezhnev’s dacha… The former state building No. 1 of the Soviet era, which had been “nationalized” before that, was sold for $ 18.4 million.

It was also previously reported that Sofia Rotaru performs in Russia at corporate events for 60 thousand dollars.
