The Bulgarian participant in this year’s edition of the Eurovision Song Contest, Sofi Marinova, presented her piece to a Greek audience. The visit of the vocal Roma in our southern neighbor is part of the promotional European tour of her Eurovision song “Love Unlimited”.
As soon as she arrived in Athens, the smiling singer received a warm welcome from Eurovision fans in our eastern neighbor.
Yesterday, Sophie also presented her song to the Greek viewers at their final, which is one of the most watched TV shows there. The Bulgarian shared the stage with the representatives of France and Cyprus – Angoon and Ivy Adamou, who also visited the Bulgarian final on February 29. Unfortunately, however, the vocal singer failed to charm the Greeks with her exceptional vocal data. The organizers of the final obliged her to sing on playback, which was also the requirement for all participants in their final. The reason is the bad acoustics in the mall, where the final of Greece was held.
This morning, Sofi Marinova gave an interview to the most watched Greek television Star. The singer did not miss to perform her song this time live. Later today, the Roma Nightingale will meet his fans in the capital Athens at a special meeting organized by the Eurovision fan club there.
