TANGERANG, COMPASS.TV– Since January 2022, private jet flights that were previously operating at Halim Perdanakusuma Airport have moved to Soekarno-Hatta (Soetta), because Halim Airport is being revitalized.
PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero) President Director Muhammad Awaluddin said private jet services and operations at Soetta had now reached 523 flights. Namely 353 domestic flights and 170 international flights.
The number of services is starting from January 24, 2022 to March 10, 2022, which is operated by 14 airlines. With a total of 2,584 passengers.
Airline services that are usually used by large companies or para crazy rich Therefore, it can run smoothly in Soetta because the facilities and infrastructure there are also complete.

“Regarding facilities, the departure and arrival of private jet passengers are carried out at a special location, namely the Saphire Precious Lounge which is located in the Terminal 1 area, not at the passenger terminal of scheduled airlines,” said Awaluddin in his official statement, quoted on Sunday (13/3/2022).
The use of the Saphire Precious Lounge is in accordance with the input obtained by AP II from discussions with a number of related parties.
The discussion revealed that the top three facilities most needed by private jet passengers are lounge special areas, special vehicle parking areas, and Customs, Quarantine and Immigration services.
Awaluddin added that Soekarno-Hatta Airport has also been equipped with various additional airside infrastructure such as East Cross Taxiway, High Speed Exit Taxiway to Runway. So, Soetta can serve more flights.
