The Ministry of SOEs appointed Darmawan Prasodjo as the new PLN president director.
REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, JAKARTA — The Ministry of State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) terminated Zulkifli Zaini from the President Director of PT PLN (Persero). This news was confirmed by Deputy Minister of BUMN I Pahala Mansury.
“That’s right,” said Pahala when confirmed Republika.co.id in Jakarta, Monday (6/12).
Pahala said Darmawan Prasodjo, who previously served as deputy president director of PLN, has now replaced Zulkifli as president director of PLN. “Pak Dharmo is a substitute,” said Pahala.
Pahala expressed his gratitude for Zulkifli’s dedication while leading PLN. Pahala assessed that Zulkifli had maintained the company’s performance during the pandemic.
“We thank Pak Zul, the previous president director who had served for two years with good performance during the pandemic. We hope that the replacement will accelerate the energy transition,” said Pahala.
