“SOE Minister Erick Thohir Adds 2 Electric Cars to His Garage According to LHKPN KPK”

SOE Minister Erick Thohir apparently added two electric cars to his garage. Here’s the contents of Erick Thohir’s garage quoted from the LHKPN KPK.

BUMN Minister Erick Thohir’s assets have decreased compared to 2021. According to the Corruption Eradication Commission’s Wealth Report (LHKPN) website, Erick’s wealth has decreased by IDR 15,406,635,453.

For wealth in 2022, Erick reports that he has assets worth IDR 2,303,835,823,202, while his 2021 acquisition is IDR 2,319,242,458,655.

Interestingly, even though his total assets have decreased, the contents of his garage have actually increased. Transportation equipment and machinery assets in the form of cars and motorbikes, which were originally valued at IDR 1,876,500,000, increased by IDR 775,500,000. Thus Erick’s cars and motorbikes in 2022 will be IDR 2,652,000,000. What’s new, there are two electric cars in Erick’s garage. The two electric cars are the Genesis G80 Electrified and the Hyundai Ioniq 5.

The Genesis G80 Electrified electric car itself is known to have been used by heads of state at the G20 Bali Summit. After the event was over, the car was sold to the market, one of which was by a used car dealer. Hyundai has yet to officially sell the Genesis G80 Electrified. Electric cars offered by the new Hyundai Ioniq 5 Electric and Kona Electric.

Then there are also other movable assets worth IDR 27,996,250,000, securities worth IDR 1,722,549,424,100, cash and cash equivalents worth IDR 133,235,462,426, and other assets IDR 133,235,462,426. Erick Thohir also reported having a debt of IDR 178,872,084,147.
