(CercleFinance.com) – The Capital Group Companies Inc declared to the AMF that on August 11 it exceeded the threshold of 5% of the capital of Société Générale and held 5.01% of the capital and 4.63% of the rights of vote of the bank, following an acquisition of Societe Generale shares on the market.
