Approved ! According to our information, the boards of directors of Société Générale and Crédit du Nord have validated this weekend the project to merge their respective retail banking networks .
The first took place at the end of the day on Saturday, the second Sunday morning. Later in the day, the supervisory boards of Crédit du Nord regional banks (Banque Courtois, Banque Tarneaud, Banque Kolb, etc.) also met to decide on the project.
