/ world today news/ The city conference of Plovdiv socialists imposed a party sanction on Georgi Yordanov, a member of the IB of the National Assembly of the BSP, on the deputy Ivan Petkov-Bebeto and on the party coordinator Kalin Milchev.
The three are temporarily deprived of the rights to occupy party positions, membership in party bodies and the right to apply for such positions within a period of one year. The reason is their actions, which the forum delegates define as an attempt by the central leadership of the BSP to liquidate the local organization.
I remind you that Yordanov and Milchev were designated by “Positano 20” as the only legitimate representatives of the party, after in April the national leadership terminated the powers of all BSP bodies in Plovdiv and appointed a working group that manages the activities of the local structure.
Last week, the national leadership previously defined as illegitimate the conference held last night.
