It will record up to 140 seconds of sound, revealed Maya Patterson, responsible for the development of new products, and Remy Bourgoin, manager of computer programs.
The 140 seconds are reminiscent of the Twitter’s origins – when it was the maximum number of characters for a message, but you can record longer messages. They will deploy automatically in a “thread”, a logical sequence of messages.
The sound messages will appear in the thread which is common with the tweets classics. “A lot of things can be killed or not interpreted using the text, therefore, we hope that Twitter will create a more human experience for listeners and those who tell stories with the voice”. (tty/nxp)
