The Abendzeitung is a critical-liberal tabloid from Munich and has several well-run social media profiles. We want to further develop the appearances and present what has made the AZ for more than 74 years even better on the various platforms – preferably with you.
What awaits you:
- You look after our appearances on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and messenger services with over 250,000 fans and followers and constantly develop them further
- You prepare topics suitable for the platform and plan and measure success using relevant KPIs
- You keep an eye on technical developments and content trends of the platforms
- Together with the team, you will develop new ideas and formats in order to position the Abendzeitung brand digitally even better
- You are responsible for our ad campaigns on Facebook and control measures to increase reach and attract fans
- You keep in touch with our users and keep an eye on the community
This is what we wish for:
- You enjoy working in a team, but can also carry out tasks independently
- You are enthusiastic about social media and have a technical and professional understanding of the relevant platforms
- You like to bring your own ideas and enjoy presenting the Abendzeitung brand on platforms
- You have mastered the tools of journalism, have journalistic training or a comparable qualification
- You are creative, committed and reliable and can inspire colleagues for your ideas
