How important a role does social media play in the final choice of citizens? The answer varies by age group, as Opinion Poll findings reveal.
Younger people use social media more to get informed and to form a political opinion, with the percentages decreasing as age increases.
The social media preference list is also of particular interest. Overall, according to the results of the poll for Action24, the majority of Greeks use Facebook, with Instagram following and Twitter at the bottom of the list.
However, in the same query, the 17-29 age group, Instagram has a sweeping lead with almost 60%, followed by Facebook and Tik Tok.
