Little Dot Studios is one of the fastest growing media companies in Germany. We manage YouTube channels for over 100 global TV brands, for example Discovery, Viacom, NBC and RTLZWEI. We also produce original and branded videos and have launched several award-winning campaigns.

STARS:
Daily duties include video editing and editing, basic graphic design, community management, and general editorial support.
TASK AREAS:
- Participation in the creation and maintenance of YouTube channels: designing brand assets, cutting video clips, planning and implementing editorially narrated videos and compilations from archive material, optimizing metadata and uploading the videos
- SEO optimization: creating titles, video descriptions and tags that are tailored to the various channels and their communities
- Community management: Creation of community posts and YouTube stories, management of comments and live chats
- Subtitling
- Live-Clipping
- Maintenance of the video archive
- General support for the channel management team
REQUIREMENTS PROFILE:
- Very good knowledge of the various social media platforms (especially YouTube and Facebook) and the ability to recognize and use the different needs of these platforms
- Very good knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects and Adobe Photoshop
- Very good knowledge of various video formats, video compressors, audio / video synchronization
- Proven experience and real enthusiasm in the field of video editing and image processing
- Passion for cars
- Very good German and English skills to be able to communicate professionally with customers and teams, including in the UK
- You love to work in a team and find that communication is an important part of working together successfully
- Positive attitude and a sense of humor
- Good organizational skills to take on tasks for various projects running in parallel
DESIRED KNOWLEDGE:
- Knowledge of YouTube Studio Beta and YouTube Analytics
- Understanding trends in the online space and the ability to pick up and use these trends
- University degree, preferably in the field of media / film, or relevant professional training
