Several challenges await you!
Social media strategy :
- Develop the social media content strategy aimed, among other things, at increasing the engagement rate and the number of interactions on ÉTS platforms.
- Develop the editorial line, tone and visual variations for the School’s social networks.
- Work jointly with different experts of the team in the framework of the implementation of strategies.
- Actively participate in the establishment of a committee made up of editors and internal content unifying partners.
- Continuously monitor new trends and provide support for their application to teams as well as in the implementation of new internal processes.
- Provide training to colleagues from the Communications and Student Recruitment Service, ÉTS colleagues and the student community, as needed.
Content creation and performance monitoring:
- Create original content for social media posts taking into account the community, activities, promotions, special events as well as announcements from departments and partners. Act as a spokesperson with different audiences.
- Ensure the quality and consistency of published content as well as control of the ÉTS brand image on social media.
- In collaboration with the community manager, monitor ÉTS social media.
- Plan, monitor, measure, analyze and optimize the performance of actions.
- Of course, the list of tasks and responsibilities listed above is summary and indicative, there will be stimulating projects and other team and individual tasks.
Do you have what it takes to take on the challenge:
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate discipline, particularly in communications or marketing with a concentration in digital media.
- You have three (3) years of relevant professional experience.
- Fin.e strategist, you have an excellent understanding of social media, related media tools and good knowledge of the information technologies that support them.
To complete our team, do you have the skills below?
- You have great writing skills as well as a marked concern for the quality of your communications in both French and English.
- You have a good capacity for analysis, rigor and creativity in addition to being efficient in your management of priorities.
