The “Caritas Hospice Zurich” association is an established social institution in the city. For more than 60 years we have stood for an open and interested welcome culture. In our house we offer reliable accommodation to around 30 men with socio-psychiatric impairments and dependency problems who only respond to a limited extent to conventional integration measures or therapies.
To complement our interdisciplinary team, we are looking for a dedicated specialist for a 70-80% role immediately or by appointment.
Your tasks
- Active participation as part of a conceptual realignment
- Inclusion in further developments on issues of social inclusion, participation and co-determination of our residents
- Independent networking work with relevant actors
- Individual caregiver work
- Openness to teamwork
- Willingness to work irregular hours (no night shifts)
Your profile
- Completed training in the field of social pedagogy, social work or psychiatric nursing
- Respectful and accepting attitude towards original life plans as well as extremely high social and communication skills
- Organizational talent, ability to reflect, flexibility, assertiveness
- Creativity and humor
