Park Seung-hee (30), who won two short track titles at the 2014 Sochi Winter Olympics, becomes the bride of April.
‘Asome Project Company’, Park Seung-hee’s agency, released a wedding photo on the 27th, saying, “Park Seung-hee is having a wedding with a fashion brand representative who is 5 years old at the 63 Convention on April 17.”
After retiring as a player, Park Seung-hee, dreaming of becoming a bag designer and preparing for a business, met frequently in the process of asking a lot of advice from a prospective groom in the same industry, and this brought him closer.
Park Seung-hee said, “I decided to marry because I think I can lean on it as a good husband and a lifelong partner because I am sensitive and considerate.”
Park Seung-hee won the short-track women’s 1000m and women’s 3000m relay at the 2014 Sochi Winter Olympics, winning two crowns.
At the 2010 Vancouver Winter Olympics, she won the women’s 1000m and women’s 1500m bronze medals and won the women’s 500m bronze medal at the Sochi Olympics.
Park Seung-hee, who turned to speed skating after the Sochi Olympics, drew attention by participating in the women’s 1000m speed skating at the 2018 PyeongChang Winter Olympics. Park Seung-hee was the first athlete in the history of the Korean Winter Olympics to compete in both short track and speed skating.
Park Seung-hee, who started studying fashion design after retiring in 2018, is currently living her second life as a designer and entrepreneur.
