Soccer School Coach Arrested for Sexual Assault on Student

A 57 year old, coach at a Neapolitan football schoolwas arrested and placed under house arrest, in execution of a custody order issued by the investigating judge of the Court of Napolifor the crimes of aggravated sexual assaultof possession of a large quantity of child pornography and child pornography materialThe investigation, conducted by the Flying Squad of Napoli and coordinated by the Public Prosecutor’s Office – Section for Gender Violence and Vulnerable Groups, was born following a woman’s complaint for alleged abuse of her son.

The man is accused of committing the sexual abuse to the detriment of one of his studentsvictim under fourteen years old, inside the premises of the sports centre frequented by the injured party. Following searches, all the devices of the suspect were subjected to criminal seizure. The analysis of these devices revealed that, with multiple executive actions of the same criminal plan, the suspect distributed, disclosed and disseminated, giving to third parties, large quantities of child pornography files which he was in possession of.
