Freiburg (AP) – Soccer national player Christian Günter from SC Freiburg has had a successful arm operation. The captain of the Bundesliga team broke his forearm in Breisgau’s friendly against Grasshoppers Club Zurich (6-1) and was then substituted. “The operation went well and I’m already on the mend,” Günter wrote on his Instagram channel on Sunday morning. He was replaced by young talent Jordy Makengo after a good 20 minutes.
