Such a mistake is simply not seen. The football goalkeeper of Slovan Bratislava, Michal Šulla, will not remember this moment well from Tuesday’s match of the 3rd preliminary round of the European League. The former Slovak national team was criminally caught in front of its own Tehelná pole fans by a clever striker of the Gibraltar Lincoln Red Imps team. The reigning Slovak champions cost it a win, but the footballers from Bratislava still advanced comfortably to the final preliminary round.

The fact that this mistake from the 90th minute did not cost the Bratislava footballers the progress was the only luck for the 30-year-old goalkeeper Šull. Otherwise, his mine would have been a more painful disgrace to his knowledge.
Lincoln football player Kike Gómez really captured the former youth representative of Slovakia. As Šulla was about to pass from his own penalty area, the Spanish striker was cleverly lurking behind his back to train him as a little boy at the right moment (the goal moment can be found in the video in 1:50).

Although it cost the Bratislava footballers a victory and Slovak football half a point in the coefficient, Slovan still comfortably advanced to the final stage of the European League qualification thanks to the week-old 3: 1 win from the Gibraltar pitch.
In the next round, a heavier opponent awaits the Slovak champions. If Jaromír Zmrhal a spol. they will want to play the basic group of the European League, in a week and in retaliation in 14 days they will have to eliminate the Greek Olympiakos Piraeus.
