Freiburg (dpa / lsw) – After the president Achim Stocker, who died ten years ago, the street at the new SC Freiburg stadium is named. The municipal council decided on Tuesday, said the Baden soccer Bundesliga club. “Achim Stocker has shaped SC Freiburg as first chairman like no other for 37 years. We are pleased that the Freiburg municipal council has followed the proposed name,” said SC board member Oliver Leki. SC Freiburg is due to move to the new stadium next season.
