Freiburg (dpa / lsw) – In the home game against Arminia Bielefeld, SC Freiburg wants to end its almost three-month win in the Bundesliga today. After the 3-2 victory at VfB Stuttgart at the start of the season in mid-September, coach Christian Streich’s team could not win in nine games and slipped to 14th place in the table. In the event of a defeat against their direct competitor Bielefeld, there would be a risk of falling into the relegation zone.
The Arminia is on the relegation place and with seven points has only one point less than Freiburg. At the sports club, midfielder Changhoon Kwon may return to the squad after suffering from Covid 19.
