The RP Freiburg announced on Tuesday that the decision by the administrative court in Baden-Württemberg was surprised. After the complaint of some residents, the authorities had initially forbidden the SC to play Bundesliga games from 8 p.m. in the new arena, even on Sundays between 1 p.m. and 3 p.m. it is not allowed to play there. Nevertheless, the RP still believes that a clarification will be made before the Freiburg administrative court. “We are still confident that our arguments in the main proceedings at the Freiburg Administrative Court will convince and that the legal issue will be clarified in our favor by the highest court, if necessary,” the message said. It is still unclear when coach Christian Streich’s team will move to their new stadium. Initially, the SC will continue to play their home games in the Black Forest Stadium. – – .
