Austria’s record national player is moving from the French club HSC Montpellier to the Bundesliga club for the coming season. Puntigam, who can be used both as a central defender and in defensive midfield, has signed a contract with FC until June 30, 2024, as the club announced on Thursday. The 29-year-old has played 118 international matches for her home country. In the Bundesliga she has already played for FC Bayern Munich and SC Freiburg. “We are proud and happy that we have managed to sign Sarah.
