Requirements to apply for a credit from the INVI
The following requirements must be demonstrated through a socioeconomic study conducted by the INVI or a third party designated by him. With said study, it will be determined if the applicant is a candidate for financing.
- Be an inhabitant of the CDMX.
- Being over 18 years.
- Not be a homeowner in the CDMX.
- Have an income of up to 5 times the daily or family minimum wage of up to 8 times the minimum wage.
- Having a maximum age of 64 years, in case of exceeding this limit, you must resort to a joint debtor.
In the case of original claimants, they must prove their roots in the property, at least in the last three years.
Documents required to request a credit from the INVI
- Applicant’s birth certificate.
- Official identification of the applicant.
- CURP.
- Marriage certificate.
- Birth certificate of the spouse, concubine or common-law partner.
- Birth certificate of the joint debtor, in the case of applicants over 64 years of age.
- Official identification of the joint debtor.
- CURP of the joint debtor.
- Format of the joint debtor.
- Proof of income or letter of declaration of income from the applicant or joint debtor.
