Requirements to apply for a credit from the INVI
The following requirements must be demonstrated through a socioeconomic study conducted by the INVI or a third party designated by him. With said study, it will be determined if the applicant is a candidate for financing.
Be an inhabitant of the CDMX.
Being over 18 years.
Not be a homeowner in the CDMX.
Have an income of up to 5 times the daily or family minimum wage of up to 8 times the minimum wage.

In the case of original claimants, they must prove their roots in the property, at least in the last three years.

Birth certificate of the joint debtor, in the case of applicants over 64 years of age.
Official identification of the joint debtor.
CURP of the joint debtor.
Format of the joint debtor.
Proof of income or letter of declaration of income from the applicant or joint debtor.
