This was revealed by a Clinical Nutrition Specialist, Dr. dr. Luciana B. Sutanto, MS, Sp.GK, as a speaker at a webinar held by Bayer, Tuesday (19/10/2021).
According to him, women tend to experience a decrease in bone mass from the age of 30 years until the menopause period and so on.

“At this age, women are more susceptible to bone loss or osteoporosis because bone mass begins to decline,” he said.
