Both Trigger Fever Symptoms, But Different Times
Monkeypox and chickenpox generally have quite similar symptoms, such as:

- Freezing
- Fatigue

While the chickenpox rash will appear one to two days after the fever. The chickenpox rash often appears on the back to the face. Then spread throughout the body, except on the palms of the hands and feet.
