Light accumulation occurs locally even in central Sapporo

Meteorological offices in Hokkaido have already observed the first snow in Asahikawa on October 21st, Wakkanai on November 10th, and Sapporo, Abashiri, Muroran, and Hakodate on November 11th, and there are still places where the first snow has not been observed. Only available in Kushiro.
