Winter only comes to parts of Baden-Württemberg for a short time. However, there are sunny prospects for the weekend.
Stuttgart (dpa/lsw) – Some snow has fallen in the highest altitudes in Baden-Württemberg. Especially in the Swabian Alb and the Allgäu, there was one to two centimeters of snow from a height of around 650 to 750 meters, as announced by the German Weather Service (DWD). This means that the focus of the snow is in Eastern Württemberg and Upper Swabia. However, there was also light snowfall at 594 meters in Ehingen (Alb-Donau region). No new snow was reported on the Feldberg.
The snow is expected to increase again during the day with a maximum temperature of 4 to 5 degrees. Only on the Feldberg can it be assumed that the snow will remain in the last few days. From Saturday afternoon, the DWD expects several hours of sunshine in the south and possibly also in the north of the country. In the following days, temperatures are expected to return to the double-digit range.
