For the past week, Eric Finch, a Snoop Dogg lookalike, has never stopped making the news. After cheating on a journalist, he ended up meeting the artist.
Mat Georges is not really a very “West Coast” American. Posting a photo of his mother with Snoop Dogg, the journalist simply confused the American artist with…. his double. The co-host of the She Rates Dog podcast recently posted a tweet with the caption: “I’ve been in Los Angeles for a year and haven’t seen a celebrity. My mother comes for a weekend and meets Snoop Dogg ». The trouble is that the person in the photo is not the legendary rapper but his double, Eric Finch.

Snoop Dogg meets his professional lookalike
It must be said that the resemblance is particularly disturbing. In a second comment, Mat George then writes: «Can everyone stop saying it’s not Snoop Dogg please. My mom is going to be heartbroken the next time she logs on to Twitter ”. With self-mockery, the journalist responds to the many Internet users who laughed at this rather wacky blunder.
After this funny episode, it was Snoop Dogg himself who was questioned by Eric Finch. The rapper posted, a few hours later, a snapshot on his social networks in which he poses with his official double. “Left or right: make your choice”, quips the artist. If obviously, one manages without too much difficulty to distinguish the true from the false when the two are side by side, Eric Finch remains nonetheless very convincing.
