Snapdragon 8 Gen1 Made by Qualcomm Reaches 1 Million Score on AnTuTu

Suara.com – Qualcomm make sure the chip flagship hereinafter will be called Snapdragon 8 Gen1. In the latest report, this processor broke more than 1 million points on the benchmark platform AnTuTu.

Reported page Gizmochina, Thursday (11/25/2021), this information was first shared by a Weibo user from China.

In screenshot uploaded, the AnTuTu Snapdragon 8 Gen1 score reached 1,035,020 points.

This figure makes Snapdragon 8 Gen1 the only Qualcomm chip to break the 1 million mark. It’s a shame the screenshot doesn’t show any further details of the score.

The Snapdragon 8 Gen1 score is also higher than the MediaTek Dimensity 9000 which was just introduced a few days ago. The Dimensity 9000 itself recorded a score of 1,007,396 on AnTuTu.

These two chips do have a higher score than their predecessors. In comparison, the Qualcomm and MediaTek chips scored 850,000s on the Snapdragon 888 and 690,000s on the Dimensity 1200, respectively.

Even so, this score is still only on paper. The actual benchmark will be obtained through a smartphone that uses the two chips, which is the determining factor hardware until software cell phone.

The Dimensity 9000 itself is planned to be present starting next year. While Snapdragon 8 Gen1 will likely be announced by Qualcomm on November 30.
