Smartphones became cheaper by thousands of crowns

Of course, these are most often models that premiered last year. But that doesn’t necessarily hurt, because last year’s flagships are still among the most powerful smartphones on the market. They do not lag behind this year’s models in terms of camera quality or battery life.

Domestic sellers calmly set lower prices by several thousand crowns. It is trying to get rid of stocks before new devices are unveiled at the largest European consumer electronics trade fair IFA. It will take place in Berlin, Germany, at the very beginning of the new school year. As expected, dozens of new devices will be on display.

Apple and Samsung will show the news

In addition, an Apple press is expected in early autumn, which will most likely unveil new iPhones. The South Korean Samsung should show its mobile news before the end of the holidays.

There is probably no need to emphasize that the most significant discounts are for more expensive devices, for which the price tag can easily climb to more than CZK 20,000. However, it is also possible to come across thousands of discounts in the upper middle class, ie for telephones for amounts of around 10,000 crowns.

It was also cheaper for more affordable devices, but the discounts are in the order of hundreds of crowns. Exceptions can be encountered rather exceptionally.

Shopping advisers, such as the portal, help you find the best price in an online store Zboží.cz. All you have to do is enter the name of the desired phone in the search engine, or refine your search with additional information, such as whether the device is available at the store for immediate collection or what color it is.

Suspiciously cheap deals

However, not all offers may be as advantageous as it may seem at first glance. In many cases, the devices may not be designed for the Czech market, which can bring a number of problems.

For example, retailers offer smartphones and tablets that do not contain Czech. Some models are not designed for operation in domestic networks, so it may happen that you make a phone call, but you do not start fast internet.

There may also be a potential warranty issue. Even in the Czech Republic, phones that were purchased on another European market can be sold. However, the problem occurs when you want to service or make a complaint about the device – official service centers usually only accept devices from official Czech distribution free of charge.

Therefore, before buying similar phones, it is always advisable to really “knock” the merchant. Those interested in new devices will find user reviews on the mentioned shopping lines, in which people will share their experience with the product. They often draw attention to his ailments.

Xiaomi 11T Pro: premium class

Xiaomi fans will probably be looking at the latest twelve, but last year’s models still have a lot to offer – they are still among the most powerful devices on the market, and they also boast successful cameras.

This is also the case of the Xiaomi 11T Pro model, which was the best in the manufacturer’s offer in the second half of last year. As no one knows when the twelve will appear on store shelves, this is currently the top of the Xiaomi brand’s offering.

While the price of this model is far more attractive, in some respects it surpasses even Apple’s latest iPhones 13. We are talking about an extremely fast 120W charging, for example, when you charge a fully discharged phone to 100% in just a quarter of an hour.

Thanks to the eight-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 processor, this Chinese smartphone has enough performance even for the most modern applications and games, as well as 8 GB of RAM and 128 or 256 GB of storage. The fast 120Hz display has a 6.67 ”diagonal and Full HD + resolution.

At the back we find a triple camera, where the main optics offer a resolution of 108 MPx. Next in line is the 8MPx ultra-wide angle camera and the 5MPx macro camera. In front is a 16MPx selfie camera.

Samsung Galaxy Z Flip3 5G: Design Plays Prim

As smartphone screens grow from year to year, this solution is very practical. You no longer have to worry about the corner of your phone sticking out of your pocket, with which you run into various obstacles several times a day. The triple flip easily fits into really small pockets.

You don’t even have to worry about having to open and close it all the time, which would certainly not be convenient. Compared to its predecessor, the troika has a much larger information display that can display all important information, including the weather forecast.

The outer screen offers a 1.9-inch diagonal, while the inner flexible panel offers a 6.7-inch diagonal. In addition, it boasts a high refresh rate of 120 Hz, which is ideal for playing games. The fold in the middle of the display is far less noticeable than its predecessor, although of course you feel it when you swipe your finger.

When unfolded, you can position the phone’s display in different ways, so you can easily turn half of the screen into a stand during a photo or video call. The system is tuned to a flexible screen so well that the camera image automatically shifts to the top of the screen, leaving the controls to the bottom.

In addition, the live phone looks even better than the manufacturer’s promotional materials. It is without exaggeration a design gem, which is almost a shame to cover with a cover. But from a security perspective, this is definitely desirable.

Realme GT Master Edition: will delight players as well

The GT Master Edition smartphone from Realme is most often mentioned in connection with unobtrusive design. In reality, however, appearance is only one of the attractions of this piece. Despite the relatively favorable price tag, the novelty can also please fans of mobile gaming.

The Snapdragon 778G, which is not the most powerful mobile processor on the market, beats in the bowels, but its performance is rich enough for smooth playing of all modern games. This is, of course, the merit of the Adreno 642L graphics chip.

Honor 50: return to prominence

Due to Huawei’s sister company, Honor only had to offer smartphones with a truncated version of Android in recent years. Last year, however, Honor became independent and under the baton of a new owner, he is now trying to capture the new 50 with a full-fledged Android.

The heart of this smartphone is the Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G 5G processor, which is not the most powerful chipset on the current market, but it is still a guarantee of a brisk pace and a good performance / consumption ratio. There are also GPU Turbo X and Hunter Boost game functions, 6 or 8 GB of RAM and 128 or 256 GB of storage are available.

Nokia X10: Pure Android

The Nokia X10 confuses the body a bit. Looking at the technical parameters, most users would probably say that the hardware is rather below average. After all, the Snapdragon 480 processor can also be found on cheaper models.

However, as with its other models, Nokia has opted for the perfectly optimized Android system. It is basically its pure form without unnecessary graphic fads. As a result, the phone responds very quickly, basically catching up with competitors who have more powerful chips.

You will only notice the difference in performance when you start playing games. These start a little slower due to the weaker chip. However, you can play virtually all modern titles on the 6.67-inch Full HD + display. 6 GB of RAM adds 64GB of storage.

The look is also very interesting, although not everyone may like it. Unlike most competitors, the manufacturer bet on a matte plastic back. This makes the phone look interesting and unobtrusive, and the fingerprints do not stick to the back.
