Smart working and mental health: working from home in pajamas or overalls hurts

An Australian study of the Woolcock Institute of Medical Research of Sydney conducted in full lockdown in April and May says that working from home in pajamas or overalls causes deterioration in mental health. The study, published in the Medical Journal of Australia, saw 163 scientists and researchers surveyed.

What emerged from the study was that those who worked from home in their pajamas showed worse mental health conditions than those who dressed to be in front of the PC or to be with their children. Productivity is highest among those who have to perform more specific tasks.
These are the conclusions of the authors of the research Cindy Thamrin e David Chapman.

Few healthy habits to avoid being brutalized outside, but above all inside!
