New Smart electric car, model #1, appeared on the Russian market. This new product is available from one of the capital’s dealers at a price of 5,872,000 rubles in Pro + configuration. Journalists from the publication SPEEDME.RU learned about this on November 17 during a regular market survey.
The Smart #1, first unveiled in January 2024 in China, is positioned as a compact SUV and offers drivers a choice between single-motor and dual-motor versions. At the moment, a version with a single engine with a power of 275 hp is available in Russia. and the maximum torque of 343 Nm, accelerating to 100 km/h in 6.7 seconds.
Smart #1 Pro + has a 62 kWh battery, which allows it to travel up to 420 km on a single charge. It is possible to charge quickly at a power of up to 130 kW, which could significantly reduce the time at the plant. In Russia, the electric car is presented in a rich configuration, which includes dual-zone climate control, adaptive cruise control, a round camera, a multimedia system with an LCD screen and navigation , panoramic roof and electronic dashboard. Comfort in the cabin is provided by front seats with power lumbar support, as well as faux leather trim and mood lighting.
