According to smart’s official planning, the smart #1 model can be ordered in Austria and Switzerland between late summer and autumn 2023 at the earliest. Until then, only pre-orders of the model are possible for both countries. A spokesman for the manufacturer has not yet given us an exact date.
Identical model offer to Germany
As in Germany, the identical model range of the smart #1 will be offered in both Alpine countries, ie from the limited smart #1 Launch Edition up to and including the smart #1 BRABUS performance model. The drives thus range from 272 hp in the basic model to 428 hp in the top model. The prices for the smart #1 Pro+ in Austria start at 42,400 euros, in Switzerland 37,490 Swiss francs (CHF) including VAT are required for the same model. As in Germany, the technical data is identical, ie only the BRABUS variant has two engines and therefore all-wheel drive. Another variant with all-wheel drive will be in preparation later.
