Army helicopters and drones were dispatched to the rescue operation area to help search the area
Rescuers have found the remains of a small plane that crashed today in a mountainous area in northwestern Croatia, but there are no reports that the crew has been found, the state news agency HINA reported.
The search for the plane “Cirrus 20” (Cirrus 20), which disappeared from the radar on Saturday afternoon during a flight from the Slovenian city of Maribor for the Adriatic city of Pula, was carried out by a 120-member rescue team in the forests of Ličko-Senska county (district).
Army helicopters and drones were sent to the rescue operation area to help search the area, which is believed to have been mined during the southern wars of the 1990s, local media reported, citing Reuters.
