Slovak under-20 hockey representatives failed in the first preparatory match before the Junior World Championships. On Tuesday, they lost 1:5 to their Finnish counterparts in Halmstad, Sweden.

Coach Ivan Feneš’s team will play one more preparatory meeting before the championship. On Friday, he will play in the World Cup warm-up against Germany at 19:00 hv Mölndale.
