Slovak singer Barbara Haščáková died at the age of 43 on November 22 in Florida, USA. The Slovak server informed about it Aktuality.skwho also wrote that the singer suffered from long-term health problems with the pancreas.
Later, however, the singer’s brother Andrej Hasčák told TASR that doctors at the Memorial Hospital in the city of Sarasota, where Barbara lived, determined the cause of death to be a sudden cerebrovascular accident.
“The last farewell to Barbara took place on Tuesday, November 28, at the local Roman Catholic parish. The chamber act took place in the presence of the immediate family and a close circle of friends. In the following weeks, her remains will be transported in an urn to Slovakia, she will be buried in our native Košice,” said Haščák.
Barbara Haščáková first worked in the group Maduar, later she formed a duo with a colleague from Maduar Erik Aresta named MC Erik & Barbara. In the 90s, hits such as Sen and When love comes.
