“I didn’t expect such a start to the season. On the other hand, I hoped to fight for such places, because we trained a lot. I evaluate the start of the season very positively. I think there were things that could have turned out better, but overall I liked it .
I had a pretty slow first lap today, I lost a lot of time, but then I picked up speed. In the end, I already felt the previous race, I had quite enough.
I am satisfied with the shooting. That one shot will definitely freeze, I wanted to give two zeros, but I think that 0+1 is very good for my conditions,” said Borguľa in a short interview for the website slovenskybiatlon.sk.
In addition to him, three other Slovak representatives were also in action.
Šimon Adamov (2+1) took 22nd place, Markus Sklenárik finished 66th with the same shooting record, and Sebastián Ilavský, who missed half of the ten targets, was ranked 94th.
