SLIK OJK service will be unavailable from 23-26 August

The Financial Information Services System (SLIK) service managed by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) will experience downtime for 3 days. From 23-26 August the SLIK service and the Debtor Information Request (iDebKu) application will be temporarily unavailable.

This is happening because OJK is strengthening the infrastructure of the service. SLIK will experience a downtime from 23 August 2024 at 20.00 WIB to 26 August 2024 at 07.59 WIB.

The strengthening of SLIK infrastructure is part of OJK’s strategic measures in providing services to LJKs and the public through SLIK which has been operating since January 1 2018.

“This increase is very important because SLIK is a core system used by more than 2,000 financial service institutions (LJK) in Indonesia, including commercial banks, BPRs, financing institutions, securities companies and other LJKs ,” wrote the OJK in a written statement. , Wednesday (8/21/2024).

In addition, this step was taken to prepare SLIK to accept the expansion of the reporting area, which will include insurance companies, guarantee companies and providers of joint financing services based on information technology (fintech peer-to-peer lending ).

This extension of coverage is expected to support LJKs in achieving more effective credit/funding risk management, guarantees and coverage. Strengthening SLIK services is OJK’s effort to improve services for LJK and the wider community.

“During the downtime, both the SLIK service and the iDebKu application will not be accessible to public or financial services industry players. For this reason, OJK apologizes for any inconvenience that may occur during the SLIK strengthening process,” explained OJK.

SLIK and the iDebKu application will return to operation starting on August 26 2024 at 08.00 WIB. Users can access the service through the same URL at www.slik.ojk.go.id and www.idebku.ojk.go.id.

OJK also appealed to all LJKs and the public to change their schedule for using this service before the reinforcement period begins.
