There was an accident yesterday evening on the district road between Pönitz and Taucha. Nobody got hurt.
Yesterday evening around 7:20 p.m. the 22-year-old driver of a Kia was on the road K7422 from Pönitz to Taucha. For an unknown cause, the vehicle collided with an oncoming VW, the police announced today on request. Both vehicles were no longer ready to drive due to the impact. Neither the Kia driver nor the 37-year-old VW driver were injured. The road had to be completely closed to record the accident and rescue.
