“SleepTeam Studio offers new ways to support Bulánk game development”

The developers of Bulánk from the SleepTeam studio have contacted us again with new information and are asking fans for further financial support. After an extremely successful campaign on Starters, where the authors raised over 7.3 million crowns, does not launch any additional crowdfunding, but offers players the opportunity to support the project by purchasing special packages. To the supporting DLCs that are already on Steam, the authors say: “Game development is not cheap these days. The Bulánians had an unprecedented celebration at Startovač success, but as has been repeatedly said in the past, most of the funds raised have been used to physical rewards for supporters.”

Therefore, according to SleepTeam, it released two special packages for sale, with the help of which it wants to continue to finance the development. So called Soundtrack Pack, as the name suggests, contains eight popular songs from the game and is sold on Steam for less than 4 euros. “It will continue to expand in view of the upcoming new maps or campaign, and beware, all other released songs will be free for owners of the Soundtrack Pack,” say the developers.

The nerds want to break into esports

The second package called Wallpaper Pack is sold for less than 2 euros and its name is telling. Players will find 11 unique wallpapers for PC and 7 for mobile phones. “Similar to the Soundtrack Pack, players are entitled to additional free updates upon purchase of published wallpapers,” say the authors. If you haven’t bought Bulánky yet, you can get everything at once for a discounted price. The game with DLC is currently sold for 16 euros.

But the list of news does not end there. The nerds want to break into esports. “The testing involves not only SleepTeam testers and the great player community who bought the game on Starter or Early Access, but also professional players from the eSuba organization. And they like the game so much that the developers decided to start professional ones in addition to amateur tournaments,” the team entices.

The authors saved the best for the very end of the current press release. It’s about online multiplayer. Its release is said to be imminent. We don’t know the exact date yet, but on April 28th, the last major testing will take place, which should immediately precede the release. In a post on Starters then other details specifically aimed at backers emerged. “We really appreciate your support, thanks to which the game Bulánci can be created. That’s why we have other rewards and benefits for you, our VIP fans,” says SleepTeam.

And what exactly will it be about? A special skin for backers that can no longer be obtained or bought. Then all the special maps. Backers can look forward to the previously promised brutal mode, which will “pour liters of blood into the game”. “Not only will the buns flow, but the levels will also include poor animals and characters whose lives will be in the hands of your soldiers,” says the team. Backers will also get the level editor for free, which is otherwise only available as paid DLC. They will have exclusive priority access to selected content. Backers will also automatically receive all special environments and all new weapons.

Steam Deck, mobile and console

“You can get other gifts, such as wallpapers or songs from the game from the game, through our bouncy newsletter that we send to your email. If you do not receive the newsletter, log in to it on our website so you don’t miss anything,” the developers remind.

Already Facebook in the comments, the authors promise full support for Steam Deck when the full version is released, and according to them, they are already working on a mobile version as well. It should probably be released on consoles this year.

Bulanci entered the early access program last November.
