Slavia Prague Close to Signing Norwegian Forward Wallema for €2.5 Million

The ideas of both clubs about a possible transfer should have come closer, the Norwegian journalist Stian André de Wahl from the Nettavisen daily reports on social networks that Wallema’s price tag should be around twenty million Norwegian crowns, i.e. around forty million Czech crowns.

According to information from Sport.cz, Slavia is currently working on an agreement primarily with the player himself, but nothing is finalized yet, and the transfer will be fine-tuned for at least another day.

Wallem scored four goals and six assists in the last season of the Norwegian league, and in the current one he has one goal and two assists in ten games so far. His national team history is four years old, he played twice in 2019 for selection under the age of nineteen. He regularly plays in the Odds BK team.

The native of Tönsberg would be the third acquisition of the Norwegian eliteserien this calendar year. In the winter, stopper Igoh Ogbu came from Lilleström and midfielder Christos Zafeiris from Haugesund.

Winger Peter Olayinka left Slavia after the last season, who headed to Crvene zvezda Belgrade after his contract expired. The Red and White are armed on the offensive. They have already brought the national team forward Mojmír Chytil from Olomouc.
