Slavia Praha footballers defeated the city rival Sparta 2: 0 in Sunday’s match of the 24th round of the Czech league. The Slovak striker Ivan Schranz took care of the second goal in the second minute of the set time.
Schranz took advantage of an ideal pass from Stanislav Tecl, bypassed the Slovak goalkeeper Sparta Dominika Holeca and placed an insuring intervention in the empty goal.
Slavia claimed her fourth victory in the series and remains side by side with Pilsen in the fight for the title. Both teams have the same number of 60 points and 24 duels. Sparta has ten points and one duel less in 3rd place.
