This is what the leader of “There is such a people” Slavi Trifonov wrote on Facebook.
The reason for his words is the tragic accident in which a driver with more than 2 ppm of alcohol in the blood ran over a 15-year-old boy on a pedestrian path in the center of Sofia on Saturday.

From packing all the cities with cameras to brutal laws to scare and punish the perpetrators of such crimes. Whether that will help, I don’t know. I try to do what I can with my capabilities. But the truth is that there are some of our fellow citizens who clearly lack a sense of responsibility, compassion, and morality, and I don’t know how to stop them. Apparently it’s a matter of mentality. And how do you stop something that’s already been created… I don’t have an answer, but of course we have to fight. All of us. Who can with what. And the day is dark and the summer is gone, all in all a sad job.
