BTV founder Albert Parsons has died, Slavi Trifonov announced on his Facebook profile. Here is what the presenter wrote:
BTV was free television, and that was largely due to the man who created it, the American Albert Parsons. He was the person for whom I signed a contract with the News Corporation, and as a partner of the News Corporation, together with my colleagues, we realized the “Show of Fame” for 19 years. Today I learned that Albert Parsons has died in America. This made me very sad. Albert Parsons was a free man and a great professional. I’m sorry about the cliché, but if there’s anything up there – he’s making TV right now. Bright memory!
