Slavi sold a property for pennies, a businesswoman earns a million…

The birthplace of Slavi Trifonov in the Pleven village of Todorovo, better known by its old name Uchindol, will be demolished, reports “Weekend”. Several stage managers have already been engaged for the operation, whose task is literally to leave no stone unturned from the two-story building in via Kiril i Metodoi 33, where the showman took his first steps.

The terrace overlooking the street is still today a point of reference for the townspeople. Older people remember that it was there that Dalgia gave her first impromptu concerts in front of her peers. Soon the balcony will disappear and a photovoltaic system will appear in place of the destroyed building. Slavi or his relatives are not behind the investment of hundreds of thousands of BGN to install solar panels.

A check from “Weekend” shows that Dulgia has already managed to sell her birthplace in March of this year. The price for which Slavi parted with his birthplace was only a few thousand levs, literally nothing for him. In his career as a TV host, he has earned BGN millions.

Dalgia’s neighbors from the village of Todorovo say that the price of the abandoned two-story building could not be higher. After the death of Slavi Todor’s father in 2017, the house remained empty. His mother Zdravka moved to Pleven with her sister. Since then, the property has hardly been walked on.

Having regretted his birthplace, Slavi Trifonov clearly has no problem breaking with his past once and for all. Thus, in early March of this year, the house was sold to Simona Goranova from Pleven. The new owner has no intention of paying any money to restore the wreck.

Instead, Simona has already hired heavy trucks to push the building and transport the construction waste to the nearby landfill. There is also an operation to clear the huge yard with an area of 3.7 acres, on which the solar panels are to be placed.

According to experts, the investment for their purchase of almost half a million BGN will quickly pay off. Once installed and connected to the transmission grid, PV power literally runs out of money. With energy prices skyrocketing in recent months, the plant will pay for itself in just 5-6 years and the solar panels themselves will be able to run for about two decades. The new owner of the ruin, Simona. Goranova has already registered a company through which she will carry out the project for a solar plant and a well-known businessman is expected to help her, since Goranova does not have the necessary money. However, she still lives in a run-down panel in a remote neighborhood of Pleven. On the other hand, a huge plot of land near a substation was bought cheaply, which is perfectly suitable for a plant. Thus, the two partners quickly reach an agreement on how to distribute their stake in the future project.

The villagers say that Simona and her companion waited for spring to bring the fadroms to the former home of Slavi Trifonov.
